The 2009 Miller Fellowship Program application process is now closed.
Access the Miller Fellowship application form by using the username and password sent to you by the Miller Insitute.
At the top of the application form, you will see a downloadable pdf including detailed instructions. You may find it helpful to print out the instructions to help you complete the process.*
Before uploading a reference letter in support of an applicant, you must first create a password. You create a password by clicking on the link below and filling out the form. After that, return to this page to login and upload your letter.*
*Please note: Applicants must complete the online form (except for uploading required pdfs) and provide the name and email addresses of their faculty references before faculty references will be allowed to access the online system.

SIMPLY LOG ON AND IF YOU SEE:
1) “Reference 1 PDF file has been received by committee” or “Reference 2 PDF file has been received by committee” in each reference’s section, below their email address, then the pdf has been submitted.
2) If you don’t see the confirmation sentence then it is up to you to check directly with the reference as to why a reference has not uploaded their letter or when they plan to do it.
